St Paul's square

St Paul's square is a new development of office buildings , apartments  , and hotels . It is situated off Old Hall Street , and it may also be found along Bixteth Street off Tithebarn Street . The modern glass structures may not be to everyone's taste but they are evidence of an evolving city unafraid of modern styles .
